Frugal Magic

MagicJack has been making waves these days by offering a really cool alternative to Skype or Vonage, or other VOIP services. It’s a handy little device that plugs into your computer’s USB port, allowing you to plug in a traditional phone and make free calls anywhere in the world. A one time charge of $39 (plus tax and shipping) and away you go for a year’s worth of service. I might have to try this. I am not a Skype fan and I hate travelling with my Vonage router and phones, so this could be the best alternative for me when I’m on the road and need to talk to my clients overseas. Check it out at: MagicJack.com
